  • This is your complete guide to eating healthy & changing your lifestyle through nutrition; the Health-e App is packed with hundreds of simple, delicious, protein-packed, low-calorie meals.

    Health-e is exactly what you need to simplify healthy cooking. From meal planning and calorie tracking to grocery shopping, our app keeps you inspired whilst helping you sustainably achieve your goals.

  • There are currently two ways to subscribe to our App: through Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store.

    The subscription options are:

    Monthly: R129,99

    Yearly: R1 299,99

  • Like any paid subscription app, you will have access to our recipes and all of the app features for the duration of your selected subscription package. Once your subscription ends, you have the option to re-subscribe to continue using Health-e. If you choose to re-subscribe, your profile will remain the same with all of our favourite recipes secure in your favourites list. However, if you do not re-subscribe, you will no longer have access to Health-e, which includes the Health-e recipes and all of the app’s features.

  • Please take note that uninstalling the App will not cancel your subscription.

    For Apple/iTunes subscriptions –

    On your iPhone Settings > Your name > iTunes & App Store.

    Tap your Apple ID > ‘View Apple ID’

    (You might need to sign in).

    Scroll down to click on ‘Subscriptions’.

    Select your Health-e App subscription.

    Use the options to edit your subscription and payment.

    For Android/Play Store subscription –

    On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.

    Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.

    Tap Menu ‘Subscriptions’.

    Select the subscription you want to cancel.

    Choose ‘Cancel subscription’.

    Follow the instructions.

  • When you are without an internet connection you will still be able to access the app, but the usability of the App and its fantastic features might be limited. You will still be able to access your saved and last loaded recipes on the app without a connection to the internet.

  • Make sure you have the latest version of the Health-e App on your device. If your App is up-to-date, make sure you have access to an available internet connection; then close your application, and reopen it. If the problem persists, email us at support@health-eapp.com and a member of our team will be there to help!

  • For any tech support or queries, please don’t hesitate to contact support@health-eapp.com. We’re here for you!

  • Don’t stress! Open the Health-e App and select ‘Forgot Password’; then, simply follow the on-screen instructions to reset your personal password.

  • Our registered dietician, Nicole Keeling, approves all of the recipes here at Health-e and writes the amazing articles available on the News Feed. She is one of the biggest foodies we know, and has so much knowledge and expertise to share!

  • Calories & macro breakdowns are included for each delicious recipe and will automatically be calculated when added to your daily and weekly meal planner.

  • The daily recommended calorie intake is provided by our link to the TDEE calculator.

    At its core, TDEECalculator.net uses the Mifflin-St Jeor formula to calculate an estimate of your Basal Metabolic Rate, and then TDEE adjust the numbers to take your activity level into account.
